EOLIS Boardroom Services began in the late 1980s, as an additional component of our known Board Room Services capability to evaluate firms and lawyers for special counsel positions. We provide fully furnished conference rooms that provide privacy and security for a small monthly fee. The room is equipped with the most recent Newline Q+ interactive screen that allows participants to participate in meetings with ease via video conference and/or project presentations. The room is outfitted with all the necessary hardware including a display screen, cameras, microphones or conferencing room control wwhiteboard, a computer, or codec that houses Zoom/Teams. All the necessary hardware is included: display screen, microphone, camera and meeting room controllers (to house Zoom/Teams) whiteboards, PCs or codecs (to house Zoom/Teams) and speakers.
